Abstract

5G reaps the benefits of the increased maximum throughput. Wireless communication technologies have constructed foundations as significant anchors for IoT due to its ubiquitous capability. The lasting growth technology improvements and innovations in 5G systems are expected to be the main efficient access strategies to accelerate IoT applications. This letter elaborates the recent advances on 5G key technologies and applications for IoT.
